Boost Anesthesia is the parent company of specialized education and preparation platforms for mid-level anesthesia professionals. We build tools that give serious candidates the resources, data, and community they need to compete — regardless of where they come from or what they can afford.
The problem we’re solving
The path to becoming an anesthesia professional is genuinely hard to navigate. Programs are competitive. Admissions requirements are complex. The guidance that exists is scattered across Reddit threads, word-of-mouth, and expensive consultants — and it’s often wrong.
Meanwhile, the anesthesia workforce itself is under real structural strain. Rural hospitals and community health systems can’t recruit their way out of a shortage that’s been building for years. The pipeline problem isn’t a staffing problem — it’s an education and preparation problem.
We’re building the tools that candidates actually need: real program data, transparent guidance, candidacy assessment tools, and a community of people on the same path.
